Refund and Return Policy
At Jordan’s Outdoor Fun, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions for returning your item. Items sent back without first contacting us for approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
Contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items

- Custom-made or personalized products.

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original product and place a new order for the replacement. Once we’ve received and approved your return, you can proceed with the new purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
